Terms of Warranty Service for Dandle Store Gentle Giant Recliner 

Welcome to Dandle Store's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. The 3-year warranty period commences from the date of purchase. The receipt or invoice serves as proof of purchase and purchase date.

2. This warranty is provided by the Dandle Store and is limited to the original purchaser of the Gentle Giant product.

3. This warranty only applies to defects that are a result of the manufacturing process and does not apply to any damages that occur during the transportation, installation, mishandling or misuse of the product.

4. The warranty will not cover damages due to natural disasters, accidents, power surges, alterations or modifications to the product, or improper use.

5. The warranty does not apply if the product is used in a manner not specified in the user manual or is used for commercial purposes.

6. If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, the seller, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the product free of charge.

7. For a warranty claim to be considered, the customer must return the defective product to the seller along with proof of purchase.

8. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. The seller reserves the right to verify the defect and to decide to repair or replace the product. The decision taken by the seller in this regard shall be final and binding.

10. If any repairs are performed by anyone other than Dandle Store or an authorized agent, it could result in a voided warranty.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the buyer acknowledges that they understand and accept all provisions listed in this certificate. Any violations of these terms can void the warranty at the seller's discretion
